Lady Irwin College is a constituent college for women affiliated to the University of Delhi. It was established in the year 1932 under the patronage of the then Vicereine, Lady Dorothy Irwin. Some eminent national and international leaders such as Annie Besant, Sarojini Naidu, Margaret Cousins, and Maharani of Bhopal were its founding mentors. Lady Irwin College admission process is online for undergraduate, postgraduate, doctorate and diploma courses. Candidates who are interested in taking admissions should have to register at the college’s official website. Based on the merit marks, cut-off will be released by the college. Only students who have secured a high cut-off are called and asked to submit all the required documents for verification. For admission to PG and PhD courses, admission is based on a valid score in the entrance exam conducted by DU, along with merit.
Candidates who wish to enroll for the UG courses are required to apply for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) whereas candidates who wish to apply for the PG courses are required to apply for the Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET).
CUET Application Process
Candidates applying for UG courses in Lady Irwin College can follow the following steps in order to register for the CUET:

The Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG) 2023 exam was conducted in six phases in a Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the CUET UG 2023 result on July 15, 2023 and CUET PG 2023 result on July 20, 2023.
